Pet care experience
We have had dogs in our home since we were children. We are very familiar with the attention and love dogs need to feel comfortable. We have plenty of space and time to make your pets overnight stays fun.

Melissa has been an awesome doggy-sitter. When I would go on vacation she would offer to watch our rambunctious boxer and our other lap dog. We have utilized Melissa multiple times for this. My dogs love her and get excited when they see her. She provides them much needed love and affection when I wasn’t home to care for them. I would highly recommend her!
Melissa is a great pet owner and caregiver. She is very kind and loving; she is also higly responsible in caring for them. I have seen her with her own pets as well as my own, and she treats my pets no differently. She is the person I trust to look after my pets if I need someone. I have know other people who entrust the care of their pets with her as their primary go-to person, both short and long term. At least twice over the last few years she has taken care of friends/family members pets long term because they were dealing with difficult situations that impeded on their ability to have their pets stay with them for a period of time.

We have a large fenced yard, and plenty of space in the house for dogs to roam. We have an older boxer Who is friendly but likes to keep to himself. If needed, we can accommodate for separate spaces. My priority would be the safety and comfort of your pet to enjoy their time away from home.

A typical day
We have a spacious home and backyard for dogs to play. Plenty of potty breaks throughout the day. We will do a daily walk to our local park and have plenty of time to hang out together in the evening.

Availability
I generally work from home every day except Wednesdays. A few days notice is helpful in case I have to travel for meetings. I’m always flexible to work out different options if dogs are able to be crated for a certain amount of time. Between my husband and I there is generally very little time somebody is not home.
