Melissa was our first Rover experience and we were blown away. She was responsive from the beginning, all while asking great questions (our pup is on meds). She came over for a quick visit before and our doggie loved her and we were instantly set at ease. She communicated with us during her stay (at our home by the way) with pics of our doggie being spoiled :). Our house was left in the same condition we left it in and our dog was tired after her fun day with Melissa. We can’t recomend her highly enough!

Melissa was our first experience with Rover and we could not be happier. She took great care of our two dogs and house while we were on vacation. In fact, when we got home, one of our dogs "Mocha" greeted me with a look of "Who are you? Where's Melissa?" when we got home. She took a real liking to Melissa from the first time they met. She's really great with the dogs. One of our dog is a senior dog with some special needs for meds and feeding and has some vision issues. He had a couple issues getting stuck wandering around the house. Melissa improvised some great temporary "barriers" to keep him from getting stuck again. She kept us updated with photos and messages every day to put us at ease. She did a great job keeping the dogs happy and well cared for and exercising them. We will definitely use her again for our next vacation.
