This was our first DogVacay experience, and we could not have been more pleased. Melissa's communication and responsiveness was excellent, from the time of booking to pick-up at the end of Duma's stay. She provided updates often and ensured Duma had a great stay. She was hosting two other dogs at the time (so had 5 total) and immediately demonstrated her ability to handle the pack with ease and kindness. We would strongly recommend Melissa and Tori as sitters for your pooch, and we will be booking with them again next time we're in the area.

They could not have been better! Very helpful and flexible with us. My puppy was well cared for and happy as a clam. We were so appreciative to have a vacation at wintergreen and know our dog was in good hands. We will definitely rebook!!
