Melissa is a true saint! My family was on a 2.5 week road trip with our 11 month old Akita puppy, Frida, when we decided to make a stop a the Great Blue Heron festival in Sherman, NY. Being on the road and leaving our puppy with a stranger seemed intimidating, especially considering her shy nature, but Melissa was great! Frida was very reserved with Melissa at first, but eventually warmed up. Melissa sent pictures and videos that showed she was having a great time. She went above and beyond to make sure Frida had access to activities that she enjoyed and even set up play dates with other young dogs. I am so so grateful we found Melissa and we were able to leave our pup with someone who put so much love and care into her time with Frida.

Melissa is a great pet sitter, she has sat for my cat as well as my whole house for extended periods several times in the past 4 years since I have known her. She is a very intelligent, creative, resourceful, artistic, capable and efficient person. She loves her great dog Marley. Besides these many talents she is very dedicated to other great hobbies like herbs and healthy gourmet cooking. we live in great proximity and have become great friends.
