Pet care experience
I'm sure you can guess this but I absolutely love animals! I had two adorable dogs at one point, one was pug (8 years old), and the other was a lab & dalmatian mix (12 years old). I also had 2 cats (one is 17 the other is just barely 1). I now only have 1 four year old cat who is the definition of a scardey-cat. I enjoy playing with pets a lot, and giving them as much attention as they need. I want to make sure they are always happy and healthy! Play-time is seriously my favorite, and taking them on walks is a must. I am in Beaverton for the foreseeable future. If you have any questions please feel free to ask! I want to make sure I can accommodate to you and your fur baby’s needs so that everyone is happy. I look forward to working with you and being the caretaker of your beautiful animals! :)

Melissa is a conscientious, communicative, engaged, and friendly professional. She is willing to stretch her comfort zone, and on this go-round, took care of chickens AND dogs, as well as watering numerous outdoor plants and keeping the house clean. She really goes the extra mile, and I would 100% re-book if given the opportunity!
Melissa was so great with our 2 pups while we were out of town. She kept us updated throughout the weekend and was very responsive. She stayed over at our home, and kept it very clean. I would highly recommend booking Melissa to watch your pets!
Melissa watched Ranger while we were out of town and did an outstanding job! Melissa gave us great updates each day, demonstrated that she was really attentive to his quirks, and the house was super clean. He was happy and calm when we arrived home which made it clear he was well taken cared for. So appreciative of Melissa!
Melissa has been great with my nervous dog. She was willing to do various walks to get to know him before a long housesitting stay. Her communication is friendly and professional and she was very flexible with my schedule. 5 stars!!

TLC is my focus when visiting your home and taking care of your pets. I am very upfront and honest about what the stay will look like while you're away so that there are no surprises. I do not bring over family or friends even if it is allowed, as I view it to be unprofessional and an invasion of privacy. You are entrusting me with not only your pet(s) but your home as well, and I intend to give the upmost respect to it and to you. I also make sure that I'm in constant contact within reason, sending updates throughout the day along with photos as well.

Please let me know what your dog enjoys/does not enjoy. If they have any medications pills they need to take, any injuries or something I should look out for. If there is anything they're afraid of, if they're a rescue dog, what are they aggressive towards. Any information will help! I want to be able to help in any and every way I can.
A typical day
I make sure I spend quality time with pets as much as possible. For a visit, it would look like constant attention and affection for the half hour. For a house sitting job, I make sure to periodically and consistently give your pet(s) attention, love, and play-time up to a half hour no longer than ever 2 hours.
