Melissa was super and incredibly accommodating in making sure my dog was comfortable. She has a lovely set up for the dogs to be outside if they want. I felt very confident that my dog would be safe in this well gated property. She is a very friendly person and an excellent communicator and sent great photos and videos. I look forward to using Melissa for our pet care needs in the future!

Melissa is such an amazing person and pet sitter! As a first time user of Rover, and a first time user of a complete stranger to take care of our Kobe, Melissa made it so easy for us. She was accommodating with our booking last minute (even though I had inquired a week earlier, we were unsure if we were going to leave our Kobe while on vacation or take him with us). Unfortunately, dogs aren't allowed in a lot of areas of hikes in Yosemite, so we decided to just see if Melissa would still be up for taking him in. She was transparent right away with her having two other dogs in her care, which we were fine with. When I dropped Kobe off, she was helpful in doing introductions with each dog she had, and Kobe ended up hitting it off with both of the other dogs right away. She followed the few instructions we had in regards to his eating habits. Other than that, I truly felt comfortable right away and felt she knew what she was doing, so I told her whatever she wanted I'm sure he would be fine with daily activities, sleeping arrangements, etc. She updated me daily with texts, photos, and videos. She spoiled him and he looked like he was having a blast. We will definitely be using Melissa again. Thank you so much, Melissa!!
