I'm a lifelong dog lover who understands that sometimes life throws you curve balls. Which at times we need a little help to take care of our furry companions. I foster part time at the Doral animal shelter and own a dog that I've trained myself as a service dog. I will make sure your fur baby gets the attention and exercise it needs with treats at hand for some trick lessons.

Melissa was great! She did drop-in visits for walking and feeding of my 2 dogs for 2 weeks. She always let me know her schedule, sent pictures and updates, and even cleaned doggie dishes. My fur kids were in good hands and I would gladly call upon Melissa in the future.
Melissa was an excellent host. She had great communication, including several pictures of our dog over the course of our trip. I never had to wait long for a response and her home was very clean and welcoming to our Goldie. We would definitely use Melissa again!
Melissa took such good care of Bella while we were away. It was the first time we ever left Bella, so we were a bit apprehensive, but everything went really well. Melissa sent pictures and updates every day, which really helped, and Bella seemed relaxed and happy. We'll definitely call Melissa the next time Bella needs a sitter! Thank you!

I have a screened in patio with a large yard. It isn't fenced but I do have a long lead and never let any dogs be unattended when outside. I have a 3 bedroom house so there's a good amount of room to run around. I do have a 6yr old son but he knows how to behave with all types of breeds since I used to foster with the animal shelter.

Walks, playing in the yard, playing with other dogs, cuddles, toys.

Availability
I currently work part time, usually they are morning shifts. I work less then 15 mins away so I am not far. I can pretty much work with most schedules and if I am not home my mother will be so your companion will never be alone for more than an hour if that.
