Hello! My name is Mel. I’m a mom to a German Shepherd, and my dog is my life! I know how important it is to have peace of mind that your companion is safe & happy. I have over 20 years of experience with all dogs large and tiny. Growing up, I was always the go-to pet sitter for my family and neighbors. Most of my experience is with large breeds, but I am very familiar with small dogs as well. I am also pet CPR certified! Soon, I hope to take a dog training course to further my pet education. I have a lot of integrity in the work I do. My priority is making sure that you and your dog are happy with my services. I offer walking, sitting, and check ins on a very flexible schedule.

She is a kindhearted person and displays a genuine love of animals, even when not in their presence; Just the way she speaks about our furry friends is demonstrative of her passion, and the time she spends with dogs is most definitely more fun than a "job" to her. All fun aside, she takes caring for animals very seriously in that she treats them as she would her own children, and as we all know, our pets are just that -- our furry children. You won't be disappointed if you book with Mel.
I have known Melissa for close to 7 years and all the years I’ve known her she’s always had a passion and love for animals, especially dogs. She has dog sat for me and is the only person I trust to watch my roscoe, I have had to reschedule a flight because i will only let her watch my dog. She is very caring and genuinely likes to meet new pets and spend time with them. She has a big heart and is an amazing , dependable friend.
Melissa is the most caring person that I know. She not only cares about the people around her, she also cares about the wildlife and the ecosystem. She educates herself about all things life related. She is all about her animals, and she’s definitely more animal oriented then person oriented.
