Hi! I'm Missy, a Colorado native. I grew up in Arvada with a Llasa Apso named Ginger and a Calico kitty named Patches. I've been pet sitting and walking dogs for over 20 years and I've always had at least one dog of my own. I have experience with walking dogs of all ages and sizes from an 8 week old Havanese puppy to a full grown Great Pyrenees. I love meeting new pets and catering to each ones unique needs. I would love to help keep your furry family happy and healthy. I'm not afraid to give pills or walk a large, strong dog. I take pride in being able to win over even the most skittish of animals. I will treat your pet with the same love and care I give my own. I want to make sure your Rover experience is as positive as possible!

This was my first time using Rover. I was anxious as Maisy still needs some training as she’s about 16 months old. She does do great with other dogs so knew she would have fun. I went on vacation and felt like everything went great.🥰 I’ll definitely use Melissa in the future!

The only thing I ask is that they need to be potty trained. I do allow pets on the furniture so you'll need to let me know if that is not something you are okay with. I do have a child so if your pet does not like children please let me know so I can make sure I don't bring her when I'm visiting pets.
A typical day
We have great walking paths throughout my neighborhood to keep dogs safe on walks. I have a large back yard so if catch is something your dog loves, well, mine does as well!

I work from home so I like to get out for lunch or after work to take care of pets. I also love taking care of pets on the weekends too. I love all animals!
