I was a pet parent of a 15 year old miniature poodle since Molly was 3 months old. I began caring for other pets besides my own dog, by volunteering at different animal shelters since I was fourteen. I have been involved with SPCALA, The Lovejoy Foundation, The Lange Foundation, and other animal rescue organizations. I have experience working with dogs of different sizes, breeds, and personalities. Most recently I started doing dog walking and pet sitting on my own as an independent provider other sitting services. I have also providing pet sitting for a family with dogs and cats while they travel. I I did dog sitting and dogwalking in my hometown in California while I was making a career change and now that I am a graduate student I am offering dog sitting and dog walking in Ann Arbor for the summer. During the school year I am a full time student in the School of Public Health at the University of Michigan but during the summer I would love to provide care for pets in Ann Arbor. I take care of other pets just as carefully as I take care of my own pets. I make sure I always have an eye on the pets I’m taking care of if I’m housesitting and I don’t leave dogs unattended.
