Lifetime Dog Lover
I've been a dog lover my entire life. My first job was a Veterinary Tech, and I am a Registered Nurse. I have trained multiple dogs, and use positive enforcement as frequently as possible. I have cared for several aging pets to brand new puppies.

Melissa was great and took amazing care of our dog, who had only ever stayed with family before, so this was a big deal for us. She sent plenty of pictures and updates that made us feel comfortable the whole time. We’d absolutely trust her again in the future.
Melissa is not only a wonderful person, but she is also one of the most experienced pet sitters I know. She has an extensive animal experience and training experience for dogs. You can see just how much she cares for animals by seeing how well she cares for her dog Chloe. I would not ever hesitate to have Melissa watch my fur baby, she will does an amazing job.

Programa
I work from home. I occasionally have meetings, events outside of the home. My home has a dog door for access to my fenced in backyard. I do have a way to block this if necessary but my dog uses it all the time and have had no issues with the back yard.

I have a fenced in back yard, my dog is not one that typically plays much with any toys or other dogs. She is very friendly just older now and has not as much energy or interest. We do take daily leash walks. Any dog would need to be leash trained in order to walk with us.

I take frequent breaks in my backyard from work and sometimes take calls on walks if needed as well. My dog and I walk daily, if I have to leave for an extended time I make sure to get the walk in before or right after I arrive back home.
