Melissa did a wonderful job taking care of Lola. She sent me photos and gave me updates which I very much appreciated because I was gone for over a week. When I picked Lola up, she was happy and tired so I know she had great exercise playing with Patch and running in the yard. I would recommend her to anyone because she is a dog lover who treats every dog as she would her own.

Melissa is wonderful with dogs. I originally met her when she owned a dog photography business and did a photo shoot of our Huskies in 2014. She is loving and caring, her dogs mean the world to her. When we first met Melissa we had just rescued our husky Deke who had been abused and neglected. Deke was extremely afraid of people when we first got him due to his past. Melissa was very patient and took her time for Deke to get to know her so that he was not as skittish as he normally was around strangers. She got down on the floor and sat with him to make him feel comfortable prior to doing any photography. This means a lot to a dog (and his owners) who had trust issues due to a neglectful past. She didn't push anything with him and took things in a slow relaxed manner. I definitely trust Melissa to care for my dogs, and I do not trust many people outside of family to care for my dogs. She is a great petsitter.
