I HIGHLY recommend Melissa. This was my first time using Rover, and the experience was absolutely smooth. She went above and beyond, and I got to see pictures of my baby every single day. It was so awesome not having to worry while I was out of town, and she was flexible and quick to respond when I needed to extend the services by a day at the last second due to a delayed flight.
