Hello, my name is Mel and I am a marine mammal trainer/specialist who Loves working with all types of animals. I've been professionally working in the animal Care field for over 4 years, but have had dogs all my life. I have experience with puppies to senior dogs as well as working with all types of breeds. I am also willing to work with animals who might need a little extra attention. If there is something you would like me to help you specifically work on while you are away, let me know and we can come up with a plan that works best for your pup. I love doing things and going on adventures that include having the dogs around to have lots of fun. I do have some letters of recommendations if you would like a reference to speak with. I'm so looking forward to working with you and your fur baby.

Melissa took care of Milo and we were extremely happy with her. She treated him like her own dog Gunner and Milo loved it. Mel and her husband took all the extra steps with Milo when he was in their backyard so Milo didn’t have any chance of escaping (milo has separation anxiety and loves to escape). We were able to enjoy our weekend knowing that our dog was having also an amazing time with them. Milo went for walks, had play time inside and outside the house and had plenty of cuddles. Melissa sent us a lot of pictures and videos and her communication with us was very good. We highly recommend her. I wish all the people in Rover were as passionate with pets like her.

A typical day
I have a fenced in yard with lots of room to run and play fetch or chase. We have a nice walk to the water front which is about a 4 block walk, there and back. The dog park is only a few minutes of a drive away if your okay with allowing rides in the car as is the conservation park where we like to go for walks.
