Pet care experience
I've been watching peoples fur babies for over 15 years now and can honestly say I will go above and beyond to make your pets happy! Whether it's take them on a hiking adventure or cook them steak to get them to trust me. I have patience to administer different types of medication and love giving extra love and attention to animals! I think they can sense it because I often hear "He/she NEVER takes to people like this!". I am an excellent caregiver.

100 stars!!!! We ALL ADORE/LOVE Melissa - The BEST EVER! We traveled for 10 days and Melissa was amazing with daily communication updates, videos and photos. We have an anxious dog with seperation anxiety on meds and a little snuggle bug. Having Melissa in our home with the pups allowed us to relax and enjoy our time away, without worry for the pups. She took them to the park, shared them with her visiting family (we discussed this upfront, acknolwedging it was the Christmas holiday and she was sacraficing her time at our home), managed meds and feeding accordingly and more. We HIGHLY recommend Melissa - shes worth every penny paid for peace of mind. AND shes a great person.

All information is important. Medications, allergies, habits, triggers, kid friendly, friendly with other dogs, any escape attempts, what they like and don’t like. How many treats are too many and not enough? I want the dirt!
A typical day
The activity depends on what the dog (or cat) needs! Are we throwing balls? Playing tug of war? Do we like long walks? Do you want to hike up a mountain? Maybe you’re a snuggler? Basically whatever the pet wants to do (within reason) and anything I’ve discussed with the parents beforehand.

Availability
Everything I do is remote so I'm generally available for your pets at all times. A few of my past clients have even taken classes with me! I try never to leave an animal alone for more than 4 hours and often don't leave the house at all.
