I have know Melissa for many years. I met her through 4-H when her kids joined our dog training club Fauquier Puppy Pals. I immedately discovered that she was very knowledgeable in training and caring for dogs and she quickly became part of our training team. She is now the club's leader and has guided many kids and dogs to the 4-H State Dog Show. In the meantime, Melissa's experience with dogs continues to expand. She is a well qualified breeder and again her knowledge is immense as she is always educating herself. Her contacts within the community are broad. I find that I can always depend on her to offer great advice on questions about the care of my dogs. Melissa is a very dependable person and I can always trust her to follow through with responsibilities. As a caregiver of dogs, I trust Melissa immensely. She obviously loves all animals and their care is her upmost passion. She isn't squeamish about cleaning up accidents and muddy paws and ensures the animals in her care are well fed, clean and healthy. You can depend on her to come into your home and care for your animals. For this reason, I have used Melissa on several occasions to care for our 3 dogs when we have been out of town. Two of our dogs are on medications/special diets and I KNOW that she ensures they get their medication and their diet is followed. I highly recommend Melissa for caring for your pets.
