Melissa has been an absolute gem to work with. She came and met our dogs on her own time, and then, when we had to cancel because our one dog is too ill for us to leave, Melissa was super professional and empathetic. Of special note was her clear, concise questions regarding our dogs' multiple medications. She took the time to understand exactly what they needed and how best to administer it. The best thing about Melissa, however, is that both of our dogs immediately loved her. They wagged their tails within seconds of her arrival, and I felt confident that Maddie and Charles Barkley would have been well-cared for. Thank you, Melissa!
