Pet care experience
Huge pet lovers - cat and dog. Melissa has been a Wayside Waifs foster parent for 10+ years and Joseph has never met a dog/cat that doesn’t fall in love with him. We go on daily walks together around the neighborhood and love adventuring around the lake together that we bring all our rover babies with :). We spend most nights and weekends lounging and grilling in our fenced in back yard and have tons of toys and balls to play with and throw in the backyard. All of our friends and family have relied on us to take care of their pets and would love the opportunity to take care of yours.
Reviews
This was our first experience with Rover. Melissa was great! She played frisbee with Milo and took him on 2 walks. I don’t think he missed us at all.
They were very caring and attentive with our cavapoo. Especially since it was his first time with them and can be an anxious little guy. Would recommend them!
Melissa and Joe are GREAT! They helped me so much during my recovery from knee surgery. They walked my dog Stella and she always came back smiling. They are great communicators, prompt, and always so polite. I will definitely keep them in mind for future needs.

We would like to know what the dog prefers, what they are allowed to have (treats/chewsies) and what their typical routine is. Multiple walks a day are perfectly fine just let us know!
A typical day
We go on daily walks. We usually do 1 walk a day - one in the morning and Mel runs at night that dogs are welcome to join. Sometimes we will even go to the nature trails to give the tons of smells to enjoy. We love going to do the dog park with them as well if they enjoy some off the leash type of activities.

Availability
Joe and Mel both work full time but Mel does work from home when not traveling so the pet would have ability to be let out at any interval and kenneled very little.
