Pet care experience
I've had dogs, cats and even a few "exotic" pets my whole life and usually more than one at a time. I do not currently have any Fur-Babies of my own, however, I see this as an advantage because I can devote 100% of my time and attention to caring for yours! In the past I have trained, bathed and groomed dogs of all sizes and the little love-bug lap dogs are my favorite. I also have a thing for the Bully Breeds, and even though I physically can't take medium sized dogs, your Frenchie (Lasso, Pom, Min Pin, Tea Cup, Pure Bred or Mixed Breed, etc.) will be safe with me!

Melissa was flexible on scheduling, which was incredibly helpful to me. She was also excellent with Ziva; the two seemed to get along great. Melissa was also incredibly communicative throughout the stay sending regular updates and pictures. The two seemed to get along great. Ziva looked out the car window and watched Melissa return to her apartment, which is not typical!
I'm actually still a little speechless about my experience with Melissa - it was THAT wonderful!! I knew from the moment I met her that she was going to be an amazing caregiver to my dog and she went way above and beyond my expectations!! Melissa has the most welcoming, calming, and positive energy and I will absolutely be using her services again and recommending her to all of my friends!!

Highly recommend Melissa for your dog sitting needs! She treats your pups like her own and provides updates throughout their stay. My dogs came home relaxed and well cared for after our time away.

Although I live in an apartment it's a fairly large one. I do not have a yard-so to speak- but I do have a large second story deck/balcony that I decorate spring through fall as a beautiful and safe outdoor play space. There is a lovely walking/bike path behind my home as well, so plenty of nature to explore. Indoors, I have converted two old wing back chairs into soft, warm, and comfy doggie beds fit for all the little Kings and Queens. I have set up another comfortable bed in my room and have no problem letting the doggies in and on my own bed. There's more, but I'll let you come and see for yourself as I host Meet and Greets from my home. I also only take ONE dog at a time UNLESS you have 2 or more dogs that have grown up/live together-I.E. 2 dogs, 1 owner.

A typical day
I love doggie love! I'm happiest when they follow me every where, are excited to go for walks and play on my deck or the floor of my place. However, my favorite time is after the activities and we just converge on the couch for cuddles and comfort.

I have many years experience grooming and caring for small dogs and can even do the show dog cuts. I'm also an avid all natural and organic DIY'er, so I make all natural doggie bath soaps, and organic doggie treats. There is no length that I won't go to to make sure your pampered pet stays pampered!
