Pet care experience
I grew up with a dogs big and small. I have always had at least one dog and can't imagine not having dog energy in my life. I have experience working with timid and aggressive dogs and dogs with special needs. I had an epileptic 135 lb shepard mix. I currently have a 60 lb pit-lab mix with boundless energy and we'd love to go hiking with your dog(s). I have cared for lots of other dogs over the years as well. I am kind but assertive and would be happy to go along with your training plan or help with training. I am also experienced with horses and farm animals (as well as cats) and would be happy to care for them as well!

Melissa's approach with our dogs was careful and kind. She helped our special pooches (we have 2) interact positively with each other and her pack. She's a dog whisperer! Hikes in local parks, walks around the neighborhood, weekly exercise routine...She did it all. Even helped make sure our beagle mix got his daily medicine and extra care. Melissa is one of the most dedicated, compassionate and caring people I know. She went to great lengths to provide a great life for her dog she had adopted who had special medical and behavioral needs. I would--and have--leave my beloved dog in her care.
