I grew up always wanting either a Dalmatian, a golden retriever, or a husky, but when my parents eventually gave in, it was a Maltese we ended up with! She became part of the family and we loved her dearly. Quirky little lady, she was. I nannied for a couple of years and part of the job was taking care of two rambunctious springer spaniels. They had a lot of energy and I would make sure to get a good game of fetch in whenever possible! I'm recently back now from living a couple of years in Spain and I miss having some furry friends in my life!
