Pet care experience
If you are a pet parent who worries that nowhere is good enough for your pup, look no further. I know how hard it is to trust someone with your fur baby, because I have been there! I will treat your pup(s) like my own. I've had, Ragnar, a rescue, for 3 years. Before that I grew up with dogs of varying breeds and needs, and have pet sat for friends with puppies, senior dogs, high energy doggos, and multiple dogs.

We live on 3.5 acres with almost a full acre that is fenced with a 5ft tall farm fence and a large 2-story deck for sunning with a view. Unless they come from the same family, we will only take one dog at a time so that they get all of the love and attention they deserve. I am very particular to make sure I only take clients that will thrive in my home and get along well with my dog. I want the dogs to stay with me to have as good of a vacation as their parents are having out in the world.

Apologies but no German Shepards (Ragnar and they don't get along). He doesn't do well with dogs who are aggressive or highly dominant, so please consider that before reaching out. Before sitting, I'll want to know your dog's temperament, special needs or known issues, and how they have done with other dogs and people.
A typical day
Time out in the yard will be the top activity. On hot days, kiddie pools will also join. We can do some fetch, training, and hopefully most of all, time to play with Ragnar, who is seemingly tireless.

I currently work from 2 days per week. My boyfriend works evenings, so he's home during the day almost every single day. On any given day your pup will never be alone longer than 6 hours, and even that wouldn't happen on a regular basis. On weekends, I am usually gone for a couple of hours to run errands, at most.
