Melissa has been soooo great with Guinness. She came to meet her and asked many useful questions. I showed her how to take her down the stairs without being dragged. She was happy to see her play at the dog park and kept me up to date with her walks. Even her daughters (with my permission) met Guinness who has been spoiled during our absence. I am looking forward to the next booking!!
Melissa was wonderful! Our dogs loved her and she was very attentive to their needs while we were out. She was patient with the dogs as they got comfortable with her, spending the time needed with them each day to build trust and to make sure they had quality social time. We found Melissa to be trustworthy and professional and she made us feel like we were her only client. Can't recommend her enough!

Having used kennel/day care facilities before, I am so glad I found Melissa! We did a meet and greet and I knew instantly that my two golden retrievers LOVED her. ( I have a 3 year old and a 13 year old). She is fun, kind and patient which is so important because they have different needs! My dogs are like my kids and knowing they are being well taken care of puts my mind at ease. I know they are happy and entertained. She checks in, sends updates and photos! Our dogs LOVE her!
