*Dog Boarding and doggy daycare is only available for limited hours. Please contact me to discuss availability. Please understand I may not be able to guarantee bookings made in excess of a few weeks in advance. It is better to request 2-3 weeks ahead of time. My calendar will show unavailable beyond this time frame but it will likely become available within the 2-3 week time frame so please keep an eye out because bookings fill up quick. I have owned dogs my entire life. They are a very important part of my life and I do my very best to take care of them and any other animal I encounter. I believe pets must be respected and treated fairly. I have always trained my dogs knowing I am the one in charge but also giving them much love and attention. I treat any pet as I would my own, with lots of love! If you are boarding your pet overnight with me, I do ask for dogs to be crate trained. I am home full time and they spend their time out in the house with me during the day. If I do have to leave the home for any reason, I will ask if your dogs are comfortable in a crate (it is a very big one) for a certain period of time but this would be disclosed at the time of booking as I don’t like to leave the home while pet sitting unless required. This is mainly for their safety. I am also raw food friendly! I feed my dogs a strictly raw food diet so I understand the requirements and preparation when feeding raw. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions. Please contact me for any special requests or hourly rates, as I'm usually pretty flexible, thanks!

Can't ask for more! What a perfect place to leave my dog while we adventured around the area. Our dog played with her sweet dog and was so happy and exhausted when we picked her up- I'm not sure she wanted to leave?! It was such a weight off my shoulders leaving her with Melissa in such a dog friendly environment. Thank you so much!
Melissa was great with our dogs! We have two Basset Hounds that have anxiety from being left by their previous owners and she went out of her way to make them feel comfortable. This was our first time using a service like this so we weren't sure how it would go, but it Melissa was excellent and the whole experience was very convenient!
I was really impressed with Melissa, she was nice when we arrived and very welcoming. I loved that we received photos of how our dog was doing throughout the day. When we arrived to pick up our dog she was really happy to see us but could tell once we got home she had a long day and was tired from all the fun she had frim meeting new doggie friends☺.I highly recommend Melissa she is a really good sitter for your K-9 friend. I would absolutely use her again.

If they cannot sleep in a crate overnight without a lot of fuss, I unfortunately cannot accept a reservation for this service. This is strictly for the safety and comfort of your pet. I do not wish to impose any stress on them.
A typical day
Dogs will be taken for long walks and a play in the park if that is requested. I have two dogs of my own and the owner can choose if they wish to play together. My dogs are very well behaved and excellent with other dogs.
