I am a full time working Mom to a 10 year old Son. I have an 11 year old Shitzu named Teddi who I rescued from a puppy mill years ago who has been nothing but a blessing in my life. I also have a bun bun (rabbit) named Lola who is 4. I built her a cage and she is spoiled rotten with all the fresh greens I grow in my garden for her yearly. I am also a very involved Pit Bull Mom to my good girl Belle who is now 2 years old. She has been nothing but a joy in our lives after surprising my son with her on Christmas morning at 7 weeks old. She has been taught to sit, shake, lay down, and roll over and is the apple of everyone's eyes when I take her out to socialize. Whether we are at the local dog park or at the local festival, restaurant patio. Recently, I rescued a kitten we have named Nala who is a tabby that needed a good home. I have always slowly introduced all the animals together and i have surprised myself with the success all in one household with a bunny a small male dog, a large female dog, and a kitten and did I mention the fish tank? I grew up with a family dog a sable sheltie named Thunder he was my brothers dog. As I grew older I begged for a dog too and then my parents gave in and Lightning came into my life and I was the happiest kid! Thunder passed away when I was young, he was 11 and cancer took him from us. And I truly didnt understand why. As I grew older, i realized our pets that we love the most wont always be there and to spoil and treat them like gold til the end. Lightning passed away in college of 2007 from cancer too and even though his tail wagged for me I couldn't save him and sadly, had to say Goodbye.Since then, I have established my own happy and healthy home for animals that bring me joy and laughter. I have also spent my adult years growing friendships and relationships with people in the dog grooming, veterinary, and animal community. Sitting for friends and friends of friends in my own home and in there's. I want to continue that by growing momlasting relationships with other pets that need some extra love when there families are away. I will treat your dog and/or other pet(s) as if they were my own.
