I live on Fort Irwin with my partner and two beautiful dogs Roxey and Sadie. We take two walks a day, every day, around our neighborhood, which is half a mile and approximately 10 mins. I have been on a weight loss journey for the last year, so walking is a huge part of that. When I'm with other pets, I will make sure to treat them as my own. If the temperatures are too high outside, I will make sure to adjust the walk accordingly, adding in extra playtime inside. Updates throughout the day, including photos, are no problem at all. My schedule is very flexible as I work from home, so we can make something work. Before moving, I had multiple repeat bookings if that speaks any volume. My job is to make you and your fur baby as comfortable and safe as possible while implementing the maximum amount of fun.

I wish there was 100 Melissa’s on Rover so that everyone could have a chance for their pet to experience her! But there’s only ONE! She is the absolute best and I usually even have to talk my pet into coming back home with me lol. I usually book daycare with her, but this was my first time booking with her for boarding. My chocolate lab came back to me freshly cleaned, happy, was healing from a recent injury and Melissa gave him his meds and he was healed up exceptionally, and she even washed his bed for me:) I received multiple updates on him and tons of the best pics of my baby boy! Needless to say, don’t miss out on booking only the best for your pup!
I went through several dog sitters both on Rover and through individual businesses before finding Melissa. I'm so happy I found her! She's the absolute best! I drive 40 minutes out of my way every day just to take my dog to her house, but it's so worth it! She's kind, patient, flexible, and I have peace of mind knowing my dog is safe and happy!

I work from home so my schedule is extremely flexible to fit the needs of others. Due to having to elderly dogs myself, we don’t take many trips at all.
