Hey there my name is Melissa! I have been dog sitting for seven years for family, friends and clients whom I gained from referrals! I recently moved from Texas and I am home full time ready to provide care! I absolutely adore animals and have patience far more than most. I love cuddling, walking, giving belly rubs, bathing and playing with all animals. I don't agree with abuse in any way. I treat all my animals with the same love I give to my own dogs. I know how it feels to be stressed out or concerned about leaving your pets in someone else's care. Due to this, l will constantly update you with pictures of your babies as well as updates of how they are doing throughout their stay! It's so much easier to go on with your day when you know your pup is being taken care of! I can absolutely ensure that you won't be disappointed with my care. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! Due to my husband being in the army, the only times i am not available will be if we go on leave back home to see family. Although not often, I will be sure to keep everyone updated! I'm looking forward to meeting you and your fur baby!

Melissa watched my pug baby for a week! He was in GREAT hands. Melissa agreed for a meet and greet before our drop off date and I knew right away I made the perfect choice. She responded to messages in a timely manner and sent photos as requested. I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone and would trust her with my baby over and over again.
Melissa was wonderful! She was incredibly accommodating with my pick-up when my flight didn't go as planned. She sent pictures of my pups while I was gone and I could tell that they were very comfortable and happy. A million times better than boarding at a kennel and she will definitely be my go-to for any future dog sitting needs.
She was very accommodating with drop off time and pick up and the dogs were worn out when they got home. Would surely use her again.

There is no breed preference for me, but I would like to know what their schedule for feeding is. Do they need medication, if so i can administer it! If you would like your dogs bathed, just bring your preferred shampoo and I am happy to bathe them! Feel free to bring their toys and beds or they are welcome to sleep on our beds or blankets! Are they active? Which activities are they allowed to partake in? Do they have any allergies, restrictions or situations in which they may feel uncomfortable with?
A typical day
The best part about your pets in my care is that I live in a very pet friendly neighborhood with a large dog park. It is just a walk away and your pets can enjoy the open field! My dog is very active and friendly so there will never be a dull moment! She loves playing with dogs of all sizes and has even gotten along and played with many labeled as " aggressive!" She loves to play and loves meeting new friends! Whether they are elderly and would prefer to sleep or active and want to spend time outside, this house is welcome to them! Our backyard is fenced in with brand new wooden fencing so their is no worry for escaping! We will go on walks, go to the dog park, if allowed, take baths, play fetch or whatever suits your pup! They are welcome to stay inside as well, sleep on our beds, cuddle and just be as comfortable as they'd like!
