Hello, my fellow dog lovers! My name is Melissa and since I took my first breath I've had many four-legged family members. Growing up, my family had all different sizes and shapes of dogs! From dalmatians and huskies to a maltese and King Charles Cavaliers- I love them all! I’m a first grade teacher during the day but an avid animal lover all the time! I have a lot of love, walks, and playing to do and am just looking to fill my heart with new furry friends in my spare time!

Melissa took such great, great care of my dogs while I was away. They loved her!! She was so communicative and spent time playing with them too which was an added bonus and assured me that my furry kids were in good hands. She even looked after my 'underage' one who was too young to go on walks. I couldn't have left my pups in better hands.
Melissa has the biggest heart, especially when it comes to animals. As a life-long dog owner, she knows the correct care and love dogs need in order to be safe and feel loved. Her experience with taking care of animals her entire life as well as adopting animals shows her dedication to helping those in need. As a teacher, she is extremely compassionate, responsible, and a great multi-tasker. Melissa is the first person on my list if I ever need someone to take care of my pets. Her love of dogs and animals combined with her professional skills makes Melissa the perfect candidate for Rover!
Melissa melts at the sight of any animal and would be the first to try to help any animal in need. Melissa would look after each pet as if it was her own and put the pets needs before her own. I have 3 dogs that range from 65lbs to 20 lbs and she has always showed them love and excitement every time she has been around them. Characteristics of Melissa are trustworthy, loving, and responsible. To have someone like her around your pets is rarity. She will easily exceed any expectation you may have.

Schedule
During the school year, my time is more limited. I am available on evenings and weekends. However, come summer I’m available daily almost anytime needed!
