My husband and I work from home with our adorable rescue senior hound. We are an active bunch that love to walk and play. We are comfortable with rescues and the quirks that they come with. My husband has grown up with dogs big and small. From yorkies, to German shepards, to labs, and now a hound; we have plenty of breed experience. When Cody and I first started dating in college, we walked a dog, Addie, twice a day to afford our date nights. We have always had a passion for dog care taking!

We did a quick meet-and-greet the day before I left Pepper with Melissa & Cody and I immediately felt very comfortable with them and their residence, especially that large fenced-in yard. I can always tell when Pepper has a good time somewhere by how tired she is when I pick her up!. Suffice to say, she must have had a very good time with Melissa & Cody. I highly recommend them for your pooch(es). Will definitely go back to them.
I've seen Cody & Melissa interact with different dog breeds. They individualize their handling to each dog's personality. Our whole family has trusted Melissa and Cody to watch our dogs. They have loved each like a member of their own family.
Melissa is the absolute best person to watch your pet. She is responsible, kindhearted, & always willing to take them on walks. She rescued a 6 year old pup from a really tough situation and shows him patience & love through every step of his journey. I have a pup of my own that she loves just like it’s hers! I couldn’t recommend her higher to take care of your dog.

Our home sits on 1/3 of an acre is completely fenced in. We live on a quiet street and directly across from 10+ acres of land that our hound dog loves to sniff around in. We have lots of local parks as well that we will take our pup to if that’s something you are interested in. We are also conveniently located in between West Chester pike and Paoli pike and right off 202 for easy driving access!

A typical day
A day with the Brights is fun and active but also relaxing and restful! We have a large fenced in yard that dogs can run around in, we love to walk up and down our street or in the fields across from us, there are lots of parks near by and dogs are allowed on all furniture :) we also have lots of toys to play with and enjoy as well!
