Pet care experience
I am an experienced, mature, dog-lover who is unafraid of any breed and all ages. My personal dog is a 6 year old American Pit Bull Terrier named Zeke that I adopted after I my 18 year old American Bulldog passed away in February. Part of the reason that I have decided to pursue pet care as an occupation is that after Malachi's passing, I have found that I would rather spend time helping and being with animals than working in an office. Regarding experience, I have been a volunteer dog walker for a rescue organization. I am experienced giving oral meds, and will do my best to look and care for your fur baby as you would. I can also care for birds and cats.

Melissa is a true animal lover. She has been a loving pet owner of a myriad of animals for many years. Several years ago, as I was on my to work, I passed by a dog that had been hit by a car. Melissa was at the scene trying to render assistance even though she had no ties to the animal. I highly recommend Melissa as a dog sitter. I have no doubt that she would be loving and responsible in this role.
I have known Melissa for approx. 5 years. During this 5 years, I have noticed that she is caring and devoted to her animals and to others around her. In the time I have known her, she has owned dogs, cats and birds. She is knowledgeable in animal care as she continuously educates herself. She truly cares about animals and their well being. I would trust her to come in my home and care for my animals. She understands animals and their needs. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a pet sitter.
For many years I've had the opportunity to witness Melissa's loving and caring attitude toward animals. She has a cheerful disposition, a responsible nature, and animals just adore her. If you want the best for your furry friend, there's no better than Melissa!
