Pet care experience
I have over 12 years experience taking care of my own dogs as well as others. I personally have a Shih Tzu puppy and a 9 year old lab mix (who acts like he’s about 2!!) I love dogs of all sizes and personalities! We can go for a run or a slow stroll around the neighborhood. I cater to you and your dogs needs! I am patient and full of love! I also love to make homemade dog treats ;) I work from home, so my availability is very flexible. I typically am available from 11-5. I have experience with giving meds as well as experience with shy or timid pets. I love learning about each furry friends personality and showering them with the love they need!

Melissa has been fantastic taking care of Toby for me the last few years. I always reach out to her first to see if she's free before I head out of town. Toby is a very active and attention-seeking dog so I needed someone that would be patient and also be engaging with him while I was away. I think Melissa's ability to understand my directions and Toby's needs made for a great partnership. Toby is always happy to see me when I'm back from travels but I can tell he is quite content spending time with his best Rover caretaker, Melissa, as well!

Her devotion to caring for animals is evident in her loving relationship with her own pets as well as her friends’and family’s pets.
