I have had dogs around me my whole life. I grew up with a German Shepherd and Shar-Pei and as soon as I could, I got a dog of my own! I have had Bernie, my Lab/Springer Spaniel mix for the last six years. Being a dog owner myself, I know that I will be able to take care of your dog with the same love and attention that you provide for them in your own home. Aside from owning a dog I have also looked after my friends and neighbors pets. I have a flexible work schedule, a fenced in back yard, and am willing to work with the owner with any specific concerns that they may have when allowing me to care for your pet. Whether it's a drop in visit or boarding in my home, your dog will be looked after with great care and responsibility. I assure that I will keep them safe and loved. Boarding Drop off/ Pick up Times Monday-Friday 6am-8am and 5pm-9pm Saturday-Sunday 6am-9pm

Melissa is a fantastic dog sitter! Both my dogs were relaxed when I arrived to pick them up after a my trip. I think that is a sure sign that my dogs felt safe and had fun while in her care! One of my dogs can be reactive with other dogs and my other dog is fearful of everything. Melissa handled the issues easily and with patience. I would definitely recommend Melissa!
Melissa was great! My dog Yumi is a little tentative around bigger dogs so we had a preliminary meetup with her dog Bernie. Everything went well, so I dropped Yumi off a couple of days later. Melissa sent wonderful updates and pictures throughout the duration. And when I picked her up I could tell she was having fun :) Really appreciate Melissa not only taking care of Yumi, but also taking her on some fun adventures with Bernie. Now Yumi can't wait for me to leave town again, haha! Thanks Melissa!

Also, my apartment building happens to be very pet-friendly so your pet will likely have the opportunity to socialize with other dogs in our large fenced in backyard.
