First time using Rover and, bingo, hit the jackpot! Melissa's slogan is, "It's okay. I'm flexible." And, wow, is she ever. I asked if I could drop Picco off at 10 am or 6 pm? Whichever is convenient for you, she said. While we were on vacation, Melissa sent photos of Picco on walks and interacting with her own dog. She let him sleep with her, which he is used to doing, and when it was time to leave, she said she would miss him. I am so happy to have found someone who I can trust and who cares so deeply about our pet. Melissa also visited our home each day to tend to our cat and even brushed him, unasked! Melissa has the biggest heart when it comes to animals. She would take in every dog, cat, chicken or pig she sees if she could.
