Is it possible to love dogs 2 much?

I have owned three large dogs - german shepherd/border collie mix, lab/husky mix and my new baby yellow lab - two of which were rescues. I've been in love with dogs since I could walk and constantly babysit friends' and family dogs. I spent some time volunteering at Allegheny County Humane Society, and am familiar with both trained and wild-card dogs as my most recent cutie was from two homes and a shelter before I found him. I may be small but I love to walk and play with big pups! I am able to travel to suit you and your dog's needs. I work well with all dogs, both big and small! I would love you take your dog on a walk in the area you live, whether you have a usual route or would prefer we can hit the trails in schenley park or along the rivers. I love playing with dogs and teaching them new tricks - I taught my current 9 year old rescue dog sit, down, and roll over all in one day after adopting him at age 4. I am also a huge fan of taking dogs to the dog park when they are able to play well with others! My experience lies in having my own dogs, dog sitting for friends and family for several days at a time, and picking up friends' dogs from the kennel and spending some time with them until their families arrive home.

I've never been able to leave my cat home and go on vacation. She becomes territorial and struggles warming up to people while I am away making it extremely difficult. My cat loved Melissa from the moment they met. While I was away, Melissa followed all of my instructions and sent lots of pictures. I will definitely be using Melissa again in the future!
Melissa was a great dog walker. She took Mo for a great stroll around my neighborhood, and followed all of my specific instructions to a T. Mo was very happy when I got home but definitely tired out from his exercise. Exactly what he needed with me working late!
Melissa is a phenomenal dog sitter. She watched my old dog for a week when I went out of town. He really does not handle whenever my family and I leave for an extended period of time, and often has accidents and misbehaves. However, there was not a single mishap while Melissa watched him. I was updated every single day on how things were going and he clearly looked happy and relaxed the entire time I was gone. On top of this, I have never seen a person so genuinely happy to be in a dog's presence, and have the feeling be so mutual from the dog as well. You could not go wrong having her watch your dog.
I most HIGHLY recommend Melissa as a dog sitter!!!!! I have never met anyone who loves dogs more than Melissa; I have also never seen dogs respond to an individual as they do to her. Melissa took care of our 12 year old shit zu "Mo" for one week this winter. She was the ultimate professional and wonderfully responsible with him. It was the best experience we have ever had with anyone taking care of Mo. Melissa would send us daily text messages, photos and videos of Mo with a brief commentary of how he was doing. He was VERY happy in our absence!! In addition - I watched Melissa interact with our neighbors' dogs. These dogs range from a Rottweiler to a Siberian Husky - and they all love her! I commented to Melissa on one occasion on how I was impressed with how the Rottweiler reacted to her. She commented, "I think that dogs know when I'm with them that no one else could possibly love them more." In summary - I highly recommend Melissa to take care of your dog in any capacity. I’ve learned through my puppy that mental stimulation is key. Lots of sniffy walks, games, toys puzzles and play! Of course I leave plenty of time for cuddles as well.

Availability
I currently work day shifts until 2:30pm so evenings are best! If your pet can handle an 8 hour shift without a break I am able to do a full day.
