SPECIALTIES: Dog Care, Cat Care. I love pets! I have a 12yo Terrier Mix named Gia who earned her AKC Good Citizen Certificate and 2 maine coon cats. My pets are my family, and I will care for yours like my family, too! I've been a pet owner all of my life and know how important it is to have a responsible and caring person to care for your pets when you're away. I'm responsible, timely, and follow your instructions. I also take lots of pics!! I'm experienced with dog training and know the patience it takes to lovingly care for your pets...That's ME! Training my dog Gia helped me understand how to handle dogs and help them understand your expectations without force or rude behavior. One day I just might open my own dog training business... but until then, I will be happy to love and care for your furry family members like my own!

Melissa was amazing!! I could tell she really cared for my cat, and she took the cutest pictures every day. I felt good leaving my baby in her hands! It was my first time using Rover so I was nervous, but she made it really easy 😻
Melissa was a joy to work with. She immediately bonded with my Max cat which is not easy to do ( he was a feral kitten ) and I can tell by the photos she sent he had a great time interacting. We're back in Myrtle Beach after 12 years, so glad we could find someone like this who lets me leave for work without worrying about Max's well being. Thankful for Rover as well for coordinating.
All 3 cats clearly got the attention they needed. Photos showed cats are responsive to her and enjoyed her presence. On our meet and greet I felt comfortable and confident in her knowledge. I was able to enjoy my trip without a worry.
My first time using rover and Melissa made it so easy to enjoy my vacation and know Lacie was in good hands!

Schedule
I work full time from home and have a flexible schedule. I do prefer morning, evening and weekend care, but am flexible for mid-day care/walks for a set number of days.
