Pet care experience
I am the proud owner of two well behaved, sweet older lady dogs (25 lb chihuahua mix and a 37 pound beagle mix). Both are spayed, excellent with other dogs, and are happy to share toys. They receive my undying love, close supervision, treats, recreational time in my fenced in yard, and warm, comfy beds for naps. Your pups are welcome to come join us for the day or overnight! I’m happy to watch dogs of any age.

My pups had a great time at Melissa's. Her house is spacious and she has a lovely fenced backyard for them to run around in. This is a treat because at home they have to be leashed when outside the house. Melissa has two dogs of her own that were very good about having visitors. It must have been like summer camp for my dogs. Melissa walked them several times and sent pics regularly while I was away. I felt very good about leaving them with Melissa. Also, she is very pleasant to deal with - responded promptly to messages. I would love to have Riley and Jasper stay with her again.
Sam had such a good time with Melisssa and her pups that she seemed almost reluctant to leave with me when I came to pick her up!

I have a fenced in yard, a tidy home with plenty of stuffed toys and bones, and more dog beds than are normal for a person with only 2 dogs. I have two crates here and am happy to crate your pup if needed or they can roam freely throughout the house with my two dogs.

Your dogs will explore smells, watch the woods and wildlife from the safety of a fenced in yard, play with toys/bones, nap where they please, take walks down the road, and listen to me make up original songs about them.

Availability
I work from home full time from 7am-4:30pm. My job allows me flexibility to be present for dogs here and provide attention and care to them throughout the day.
