I grew up in a dog loving family, owning energetic German shorthair pointers. I loved walking my Dogs, going to the park or hiking with them. Pointers have endless energy and I am accustomed to talking dogs for hour long walks so them come home more relaxed and less likely to tear up the house! I recently moved to Richmond And bought a house, fence will be getting installed in July. In my current home there is plenty of room for them to play as well as a walking path with my community. I am available nights and weekends for walks and weekend overnights. I will be getting a Cane Corso in 6 weeks and am very excited about bringing him home! I am a physical therapist and am currently looking to add canine physical therapy classes to CEUs for 2019.

Not only is Melissa extremely responsible, but she is incredibly loving when it comes to animals (and people, too)! I would trust Melissa with my dog any time.
Dogs absolutely light up around Melissa. She is, in fact, my pup's favorite person (other than me, of course!). She is extremely thoughtful, thorough, and compassionate, as well as being incredibly responsible. She's one of the few people I would ever trust with my boy, and that's saying a lot because I have very high standards. I can't imagine a more trustworthy person to invite into my home, or a more caring and warm person to be with my pup!
Melissa A is a dog whisperer. Seriously. She loves all dogs and nothing in the world makes Melissa happier than to love and care for dogs. She has cared for 5 of our dogs over the past 15 years. She loves to take them for long walks and to play with them or just cuddle with them. Although we were the primary caregivers I have watched in the park as she let them off leash (with our approval) and they listened to her way better than they listen to us. She puts dogs before herself in providing for their well-being. Melissa A is my first choice for dog care. Seeing the joy on her face when she sees “our boys” is only matched by seeing the excitement of our dogs when they hear or see her coming. Unfortunately Melissa A. moved to Virginia becuase if she was still in Wisconsin I wouldn’t write a testimonial because I wouldn’t want to share her!
