Hello everyone! My name is Mel and I am an 22 year old outgoing pet lover who loves to care for and play with animals! Growing up I’ve had pets of my own, two dogs and a hermit crab, and my family even had a farm that I frequently helped out at. I am energetic and love to stay on my feet, walking, running/hiking—anything that keeps me on my toes and going! Keeping your pets happy and healthy is my number one priority and I mean that!! During high school I took a co-op class at my local pet store and loved working with the animals there and proved to me that I want to keep working in the pet care industry!! I look forward to caring and exercising your furry (or even non-furry) friends! Melissa watched my dogs for a week while i was away and i couldn't have asked for a better sitter. i have two german shepherds and they automatically took a liking to her. She was very open and professional to understanding to the needs of my pets and what was needed to take care of them. Highly Recommend. :)
Melissa is a very sweet and loving person. I have known them for almost 6 years, and I have no doubt in my mind that they would be the perfect dog caregiver. They are very responsible, honest, respectful, and their love for animals proves to me that they would be the perfect candidate for dog sitting or walking. Not only will they make sure your dog is given the best care possible, but they will also respect your home and make sure everything is safe and sound. They showed my dogs much love when meeting them, and I would put my full trust in them if I were to ever have to go on vacation and leave my pets in their hands. It would be a mistake not to hire Melissa!
Mel was very kind and patient with our dog, Honey. Honey is a rescue and typically does not take well to strangers. Mel understood this and for the two weeks we asked for her services, she worked well to earn Honey’s trust despite her initial barking those first few days at the door. Very pleased with her work and recommend her services!
Melissa helped dog sit my pitbull, Rock, anytime I would ask. They’re supper flexible and make sure your dog babies will eat, get a lot of love and play time, as well as making sure they can get exercise and potty breaks. They’re someone who genuinely cares about pets, you, and anyone else within the household. Best dog sitter I’ve had.
