Pet care experience
I grew up with a Westie and therefore learned how to care for, feed, walk, and cuddle with dogs at a young age. I have a huge affection for animals and dogs of all types, shapes, and sizes. I have been called an animal whisperer more than once and can only attribute that to my empathy and love for all animals. I would be honored to spend some time with your furry friend and give them all the love, food, exercise, and attention they need and deserve!

Melisa is an amazing pet sitter. She's taken care of my dog and my sister's cat a few times in the past. My dog had to take medicine and is still going through puppy training and Melisa is great with following the instructions I give her for both of these. And the best part - she showers them with lots of love!
Melisa is the BEST. She is trustworthy, responsible, and respectful. She adores our dog and is great with animals. She follows instructions and makes it easy to be away, knowing home and dog are well cared for. Highly recommend!

A typical day
I love hanging out with dogs! Playing with them and their toys, playing fetch, going to the beach with them and taking them on walks. If they are the cuddly type I love sleeping with dogs and hanging with them while working or watching TV after they’ve exhausted their energy. I also love teaching them new tricks or helping them learn current ones - Any special requests your dog has let me know!

At this time I work for myself, on my own schedule, so my schedule is quite open and flexible meaning I can fit in walks and time with your dog quite easily! I love a beach play date :)
