Pet care experience
I have been a dog owner for over 20 years, and i have lots of training experience with small and large breeds. I keep Plenty of toys in the house and have lots of space for playtime as the yard is large and fenced in and live in a very dog friendly neighborhood with parks and walking areas around. I believe pets are family and deserve lots of love and attention. I also have experience with elderly pets and ones with or recovering from injuries as well as young puppies who need extra attention and care.

Melisa was great with my dog Ollie over the weekend, sent over photos and updates throughout the stay and my boy came back happy. I would definitely recommend this sitter and plan on using them again in the future!
I was super nervous letting someone new watch my Tony! Melisa made this experience stress free for me and Tony had such a great time! I got lots of photos throughout the day and my boy came home happy both visits. Will definitely be using Melisa again!

I have a fenced front and back yard and do not leave any pets out with out my supervision. If they are outside, I am outside. My downstairs neighbor has a very friendly dog, but the yards are separate if you prefer as well.

I don’t have any breed preferences, but they do need to get along with other animals. I would like to know if they are ok in offleash areas and what their recall is like. If they have any allergies or other special needs.
A typical day
There are plenty of walking trails and dog friendly parks around me so they can count on plenty of time outside. If they like to swim I am not too far from the river and it’s a lovely walk. I also have a great backyard to get out all those zummies! If your pup is in training we can also work on that together.

I do work a full time job so my availability is mostly evenings and weekends but you never know if you don’t ask, sometimes weekdays open up!
