Pet care experience
Experience with all types of animals, grew up on a farm have owned family pets for 50 yrs. Have helped neighbors and friends in all aspects of pet care including administering medication. I find it very complimentary when asked to care for someone else's pets, I know how important mine are to me.

I have known Melinda for over 10 yrs and she has always been a huge pet lover. When I met Melinda she was the dog mom to a beautiful german shepard, Bailey, and he was the love of her life. Melinda took Bailey with her where ever she could and took the best of care with him until he needed to go over the rainbow bridge. If I needed someone to take care of one of my furry kids, Melinda would be the first person I would call on.
Hello - Melinda is awesome… We’ve been neighbors but she and her husband for years. We’ve become friends with them, as well as their adult children, their adorable grandchildren and their pets! She’s the first one I reach out to when we are out of town and need some help at home... I think she’d be an excellent pet-sitter… She’s always been super responsible, loving & attentive. My current baby boy is a Golden Retriever named Dewey, he is a year and a half old and loves other pets. He was ten weeks old when my family got him, from the beginning I used a long lead leash for him to play in the yard without being tethered. We routinely go to dog parks (weather permitting) he is very social with other animals and goes everywhere with me, it would not be out of the ordinary for the pets in my care to have field trips. There is 35 miles of trails out my front door that we visit routinely. My entire family loves animals and there will be no shortage of love and cuddling.

I'm happy to follow any training instructions or requests so the dog has a consistent experience while you are away. I go over all of these questions at the meet and greet before care begins.
A typical day
Another dog for play, 35 miles of wooded trails, various dog parks and numerous jeep rides. Lots of love and cuddles, extra special care for senior pets. If it is a puppy care you are looking for I would help with housebreaking and commands.

I am blessed to be at a point in my life where I can do what I love, and that is being around animals. I am currently very flexible in my availability Tuesday - Sunday and willing to consider whatever the needs may be so your pet is happy and healthy.
