Well-versed at managing dogs, I’ve completed several puppy/ pet management and dog exposure classes. I have completed dog behaviour training as well. You can relax knowing I’ve got your little (or BIG) loved one taken care of while you do what you need to!

Melinda is wonderful! My dog loves spending time with her (I can tell by all the great photos she takes. Would highly recommend her!
What can I say other than Melinda is AMAZING! She sent me updates and picture of the day with Jaxx. Jaxx got to play with her kids and other dogs. He had a blast! You can tell Melinda has a genuine love for dogs and it made me feel so happy and safe leaving our boy Jaxx with her for the day. He was so exhausted from all the fun that he fell right asleep as soon as we got home. Lol. That’s a sign of a great full fun play date. We will definitely book with Melinda again!

I believe trust is is important. I wish to follow your pre-established rules. I have 2 crates available, but not a necessity. I follow a basic daily routine which includes at least one big play time and one walk daily. I usually feed my dogs twice a day (am/evening) but will follow your schedule. I’m also able to manage pet medications without issue, this is not daunting to me. Lots of experience with this. My big guy needs allergy meds and is sensitive. Disclaimer: It does not give option to say “condo” only house or apartment but please note I am in a condo with minimal fenced space BUT that is for resting, not for playing…. We adventure; as you can see by my pictures! We live right behind Dalewood conservation trails and spend so much time out back with the dogs. Expect your pup to be tired, happy and hopefully fairly clean when you pick your baby up!!

Let me know about your pup! Topics for discussion- How does your pup walk? Leash walk?Any special tools? (Prong, gentle leader, harness e-collar) I’ve got experience with all… Recall? Have they been off leash on hikes? Either is absolutely fine Once in my care, I put a washable collar with a “Paw Scout” bluetooth tracker for both our reassurance and ONLY off leash with your permission in unfenced areas. Is your pup food driven? Or food aggressive? Allergies? I got this.. no problem. Does your pet like water? I have one that does and one that doesn’t. I fill a pool in my back but we also hit up some water at times…if this is an appropriate match for your pooch! I will tailor the day around your pups likes. ☀️
A typical day
Dalewood conversation area, Dan Patterson Conservation Area… some extra special secret (legal and safe haha) special spots I take the dogs! I also love catching joy with my camera so expect pictures! I know how hard it is to leave your baby. Trust me. I got this. I understand you want your baby to be treated like “your” baby… I will…. It will be a relief for you to know I’ve got your pup safe and sound, having fun.

Availability
Currently, I am fairly available. I have one dog of my own that loves other dogs and we would love to give you the freedom of not worrying. My regulars usually move independent of Rover after meeting me which allows rates to go ⬇️ I am able to leave my dog at home to walk your dog or potty breaks … your dog is welcome to join us for a big hike or play. I will not go to dog parks.
