I have had pet dogs all of my life, from extra small rat terroirs (9lbs) to large German Shepherds (100lbs) across all age ranges. I train my own dog lots of tricks and love to spend time cuddling with any dog that likes being pet!

Meldi I’d great with dogs! She is patient and reliable. Out dog was happy to stay with her. Her own pup is very well behaved and my dog picked up some good behaviors while she was staying with Meldi. We will ask Meldi to watch Princess again:)

I care for pets by being sure their water is always full, adhering to any feeding practices the owner needs me to, and crating my own dog as needed to give the guest dog a break. I offer half hour to hour walks, and if the dog has a pass and a reasonable recall, trips to Fish Lake dog park as requested. Any dog in my house will be treated to as much time cuddling on the couch as they would like!

My dog Moon weights 57lbs and is a big lover. She loves other dogs, loves to play in the yard, and loves to cuddle up to any dogs or people she comes across. She is crate trained, will be crated while other dogs are eating, and has no history of any kind of aggression. She will accompany us on walks, trips to the dog park, and possibly on runs.
A typical day
I am happy to play tug, chase, and fetch in the yard for up to 30min of the day. I am also happy to provide an hour long walk, and depending on the dog's recall, another 15min of tug/fetch/chase on that walk. Most of the day will be spent hanging out with my dog and I. There will be lots of hugs! If the dog does well on a leash, they also may be my running partner for the day, providing another 30min of exercise, weather depending.

Availability
I am free all day on Fridays as I use that as my work from home day. I am happy to get up and let a dog into my backyard every hour from 8am to 10pm as needed. I am also available on weekends. My dog walking availability is sparse, but please reach out as it is likely I can make something work with your schedule. I have half days and long lunch breaks regularly that I could use to hang out with your pup!
