Our family cares for your pup(s) like they are our own. We absolutely love dogs and include them as part of our family while they stay with us. We have experience with all ages of dogs, many different breeds of dogs, and a variety of personalities. We adapt to the dog's needs and owner's preferences as much as reasonably possible.

Melanie is a great host. She’s so responsible and trustworthy. Also I really appreciate her taking care of the little extras while caring for my pup George like applying medicine, brushing his teeth and coaxing him to eat. I’m so happy we found Melanie and her sweet family.

Melanie was just wonderful with my Bernedoodle George. She was so patient with him while he got acquainted with her and her family. I appreciated that she gave me updates throughout the day as to how his first day with her was going. She is a very responsible person and I feel completely comfortable that George is safe and happy in her care an I’m so happy I found her!
This is the second time I have had Melanie watch Sailor and she will definitely be first boarding option! Sailor loves his stay at Melanie and her family. Sailor loves playing fetch with her son as well. Melanie sends me video, pictures and messages daily about Sailor. My family was like are you sure he wants to go home with you after spending time with Melanie?! That’s how much of a great time I see him having from the videos! We have a large, fenced yard with grass and rock. There's plenty of space to play, run, or just explore. Indoors we have tile downstairs with some rugs for relaxing. We do allow dogs on the couches, which some prefer. We typically do not allow dogs upstairs on the carpeted areas. We do prefer to crate your dog(s) at bedtime. You can provide your own with a familair blanket or bed, or we do have one to share.

Your dog(s) becomes part of our family during their stay with us. Our large yard allows us to play fetch, chase, or just allow your dog to explore. We also have great walking paths in the neighborhood if your dog(s) enjoy a walk.

Availability
I'm a SAHM and my husband works from home. Your dog(s) will have someone at home with them most of the time. Our kids enjoy playing with the dog(s) before and after school. Walks are included, as applicable. Preferred Drop-off/Pick-up schedule: Sunday-Thurday 8am - 8pm Friday 8am - 5pm Saturday no drop-off/pick-up: Your dog(s) are welcome to be with us, but please schedule drop-offs and pick-ups during our preferred scheduled Sunday-Friday. Thank you!
