Pet care experience
I've loved dogs ever since I was a little girl--I once went on a hunger strike to convince my parents that we needed a dog. My schedule during the school year doesn't allow me to have a dog of my own, but I pet sit for friends and family whenever I can get the chance. When I was in college, I watched my uncle's miniature dachshund for months at a time and loved every second of the daily walks around campus and the nighttime cuddles. As an adult, I frequently volunteer to visit my friends' dogs while they're away on vacation (and am known to teach them a trick or two in the meantime). Please let me care for your fur baby! They will be in loving, patient hands.

Melanie is really great with animals, especially with dogs. I've seen her friends and family leave their beloved dogs with her for extended periods because not only does she take excellent care of them, she really loves being around them. If you leave your pet with her, it'll be in truly great hands. I can't say enough good things about her, would strongly recommend.
Melanie LOVES dogs and they love her! They seem to sense her gentle and caring demeanor. She is attentive to their needs, including exercise and nutrition. She is a fantastic choice for your dog!
Melanie is one of my close friends and she has taken care of my puppy, Ruby, many times over the past year! She even watched her overnight and stayed at my house so Ruby would feel comfortable. AND Ruby had Giardia at the time; Melanie administered her medicine and made sure she was fully taken care of. I would 100% always trust her with my pup!
