Our dog, Yoddha, came home super tired from all the play!
Melanie is so sweet and so reliable. She is genuinely excited to care for your pets and her place is awesome for your dogs to sniff around, bark at the squirrels, and just be dogs in her beautiful, open, and safely fenced yard!
You can expect Melanie will love and care for your dog in the same way a parent would leave their human child in the care of only the best. Melanie has been my first (and best) employee for almost a decade, and we share a love for animals that runs deep.

About Melanie & Robert
Large fenced yard live near park
When our old pup Balou was still alive, my partner and I would dress him up for Halloween, then match our costume to his––we were that silly furparent duo with their incredible Blue Heeler who was always such a great sport in his tiny cape and sparkly superhero collar. However cliche it sounds, Balou truly was my best friend, my adventure buddy, my constant beacon of pure love. Cattle dogs are smart and very ...
What Melanie & Robert would like to know about your dog
If your dog has any behavioral/obedience issues, I'd greatly appreciate knowing ahead of time so we can be prepared. I will be the primary caretaker and point of contact, but my boyfriend and roommate will also be active caretakers since they adore dogs and won’t be able to help themselves. I'm open to caring for more than one dog at a time, so it’ll be helpful to know if your pup is friendly with other animals. We also have an indoor/outdoor cat, so any cat issues should be addressed. And of course diet and any health issues or behavioral quirks. This is to ensure everyone’s safety but also comfort and happiness. We have no preferences in terms of breed, age, or special needs. Collectively as a household, we all have a lot of experience with all sorts of pups, especially rescue dogs. Please feel free to contact us and come by for a meet and greet if that would put your mind at ease. We will adore your pup as if s/her were our own.
