I have always loved animals of all kinds, but dogs have always been my favorite. There hasn't been a time in my life I haven't had a dog. I treat them like my children, they are a very big part of our family. I also worked at Petsmart for 3 years during my college years and learned quite a bit more into details about dogs and their behaviors. Other than picking my child up from school, I am home for the day and night. I am a stay at home mom with our other child. We have a pretty relaxed schedule. I am able to do administer simple medications or heartworm if your dog requires it during their stay. I would do my best to make sure your pet is comfortable and not stressed during their visit or overnight stay. My husband can also help to walk larger dogs etc. if need be. I understand the first few days there might be an accident or two until the dog feels more comfortable. I am fully aware all dogs are different and sometimes a new environment and new people can be overwhelming at first. I would prefer a 30 minute to 45 minute trial run before the stay to make sure no aggressive behavior is shown.
