Pet care experience
My standards of service are pretty high so you can expect excellent care for your furry family member. Additionally we only take 1 boarder at a time so your pooch will get all the attention. Put simply, we are dog lovers. I’ve had dogs my whole life and my son is like the dog whisperer. Dogs just love him. We have experience training puppies and my son has a few neighbors that rely on him to care for their dogs when they take day trips or go out of town.

Melanie was an amazing host of Marley for a week, I couldn't have asked for a better experience for him. Having Thor as his bestie for a week to play all day with was fantastic, Marley is still very much in puppy mode and Thor was able to indulge him in the play he loves. Melanie was in consistent communication with updates, pics and videos which I loved. As a new dog mom I was nervous leaving Marley for a week but Melanie, Nathan, and Thor couldn't have been better company and care for him. We even left with treats and some recs that I really appreciate!
Our dog Toby had such a wonderful time with Melanie and her son while we went away this past week. Melanie is so kind and attentive and went out of her way to make Toby's stay enjoyable. She sent daily updates and also provided treats witch Toby seemed to love. I would not hesitate to leave Toby with Melanie and her family, she and her son are true dog lovers.
Hopper had a great time at just stay with Melanie. And I felt comfortable leaving him with her from the moment we had our meet-and- greet through pick-up. This was especially important since it was my first time leaving my dog with a non- family member. She was communicative & very responsive, and sent updates with pictures and video throughout Hoppers stay.

We have a fenced in yard and plenty of room indoors for playtime. We will work to accommodate your dog as needed but we ask that he/she be crate-trained for times when I need to leave for errands or for overnight. This ensures both dogs stay safe and everyone gets a good nights' sleep. :)

A typical day
We will play fetch or run zoomies in the backyard. Thor is moderate to high energy and loves to have “friends” over. We could go for walks around the elementary school. Naps are always in order too!

Availability
I work from home so I’m always around. We have a 2 year old, 55 pound rescue, Thor, who gets along AMAZING with other dogs. He loves to wrestle and do zoomies. He loves having a dog friend around and both dogs are exhausted at the end of the day.
