Pet care experience
Grew up with all sorts of different dogs on 400 acre farm. Love them all deeply! Recused many doggos the past 10 years. Currently have two rescues loving our home, one is a rescued senior even. From puppy to senior I truly enjoy them all. Never met a dog I didn't love. Recently lost one of my beloved boys to epilepsy and can help with medication if need be. Looking to meet more dogs for some good loving to help my heart heal. Would love to spoil some dogs other than my own. Can help with almost anything and understand dogs exceptionally well. Can work with all sorts of weights and types. Would love to help you and your furry family members. I am currently not working at all so I'm really flexible with time.

I have been friends with Melanie for 11 years, and I would use her in a heartbeat to watch my animals. Having grown up on a farm, she has extensive knowledge of animal care and behavior. Melanie is responsible and has a strong work ethic; we were also coworkers for several years and she was always ready and willing to help out her coworkers, both professionally and personally. Most of all, she has a huge heart for animals. In recent years she’s adopted several senior dogs, some with significant health issues, and provided them the home, love, and comfort they deserved in their golden years. She is a true gem!
Melanie, what could I say she is amazing. When her dog was sick she did everything she possibly could do to make him get better at 100%. She slept with him and cared for him. Also she took in an elder dog that was so shy and her family just showered him with love plus the freedom of a huge backyard that he now acts like a young pup. She has nothing but love and a big heart for all the fur babies.

Lots of walks, chasing various toys in the yard. Some good lazy day shade loving in the sun. Doggie pool for warm days and a nice fireplace for the cold ones.
