Hello! :) My name is Melanie and I am a grad student from and living in San Francisco. I’ve done dog sitting and house sitting on and off of Rover for the past two years. I have many regular clients that include big breeds, older pets and some reactive dogs, meaning I can handle pretty much anything. I am well versed in oral medications, injections and eyedrops for dogs. I have even birthed puppies and cared for them in their first week of life. I have endless experience with both regular dogs and cats as well as many other unique animals. I had a childhood chihuahua who I fed, walked and played with from her puppy years to her old age. I have also cared for a cat, bird, hamster and fish as pets my entire life. I even babysat my friend’s rats one summer a few years ago! The varied needs of these animals I have gotten to know has prepared me perfectly for walking, house-sitting and checking in on your dog or cat. Not having a pet anymore just makes me want to be with as many as possible, which is why I will provide genuine service and make sure your pets feel loved and safe.
